Ehsan's 3rd and his bouncy castle. Shaynee's 2nd. A pyjama party for a 15th. The pool is heated, the deck is two hundred square metres, and everything happens outside, under the carbet when the sun beats down.

How a birthday at the villa goes

Four steps, always the same. The rest is up to you: the theme, the number of guests, and whether some stay the night.

You tell us the date and the number of guestsBy email or phone. We reply with a quote and, if needed, the nights blocked for those who sleep on site.
The decor arrives before you doOur partners set up the arch, the balloons, the photobooth or the giant moon, and take it all down the next day. Nothing stays.
The day happens outsideThe covered carbet hosts the cake and the table; the deck wraps around the heated pool; the villa stays open to change and rest.
In the evening, the house changesThe pool lit from within, lanterns under the roof, a banquet table along the whole carbet. Music at a reasonable volume: we have neighbours.

The rules, in four lines

On rental platforms, throwing a party is grounds for cancellation. Here it's the opposite: the villa is made for it. We ask for little, and we say it upfront.

Up to 50 guestsBeyond that, the place no longer suits and we'd rather tell you.
Music, yesAt a reasonable volume: the villa stands alone at the end of its lane, in a quiet neighbourhood, and we care about our neighbours.
The event is declared before bookingYou tell us what you are organising; we accept it in writing. The event service is priced separately and added to the rental.
The pool stays under your watchHeated year-round, it is not supervised: children remain under the responsibility of the adults with them.

The questions we get asked about birthdays

Can we rent the villa for a birthday day, without sleeping over?

Yes: the villa can be privatised for a day as well as for a stay. If some guests stay the night, we block the nights too (4 bedrooms, 8 guests).

How many guests can we have?

50 people maximum on the property. That's the size of the carbet and the deck, and it's also what keeps the party pleasant.

Until what time can we play music?

Music is allowed, at a reasonable volume, because we have neighbours and we care about them. The exact time is set with you in the quote, depending on the date and the kind of party.

How much does a birthday at the villa cost?

The event service is priced according to the date, the number of guests and what you want to set up; it is added to the villa rental. Give us the date and the number of guests: you receive a quote.

Can we hold a child's birthday with the pool?

Yes, it's common: bouncy castle on the deck, snacks under the carbet, swimming in the heated pool. The pool is not supervised: an adult stays next to the children.

Can you take care of the decoration and the cake?

Decoration, yes, with our partners (arch, balloons, photobooth, living wall, giant moon). For the meal, Chef Uriel offers the private chef dinner; the cake comes from the pastry chef of your choice.
