A villa for an intimate wedding in Martinique: the ceremony on the deck, the party under the carbet

A wedding was held here on 4 October 2025. The villa goes private for one group only: up to 50 guests on the day, eight who sleep on site, a heated pool and a 200 m² deck for the ceremony.

We don't describe what could be done. Here is what actually happened at the villa, with the decor set up by our partners.

And the family celebrations that go with it

Christenings, proposals, reunions, baby showers and gender reveals: the same places, the same team, for groups of eight to fifty.

How a wedding at the villa goes

An intimate wedding fits in four steps. The rest — the theme, the menu, the music — is built with you and our partners.

  1. The date, the number of guests, who sleeps on siteYou write to us; we reply with a quote and a running order. The couple and their close family can arrive the day before: 4 bedrooms, 8 guests.
  2. The day before, the decor goes upArch on the deck, tables under the carbet, chandeliers in the roof, moon by the water: our partners set up, and take down the next day.
  3. The ceremony on the deck, the reception under the carbetThe ipe-wood deck is 200 m² around the heated pool; the covered carbet hosts the meal and the dance floor, sheltered from sun and rain.
  4. The night, and the morning afterThe pool lit up, music at a reasonable volume, close family sleeping on site. The next day, a brunch under the carbet, or a dinner by Chef Uriel.

The questions we get asked about weddings

How many people can the villa host for a wedding?

Up to 50 guests on the property, for the ceremony as for the reception. It's a villa for an intimate wedding, not a function hall.

Can we hold the ceremony on site?

Yes, the symbolic ceremony takes place on the deck, by the pool, under an arch set up by our partners. The civil wedding remains at the town hall.

Can guests sleep at the villa?

Eight people, in four air-conditioned bedrooms. The couple and their close family often arrive the day before and leave after the next day's brunch.

Who handles the caterer, the decoration, the music?

Your choice: our usual partners (planning, decoration, photobooth, Chef Uriel for the dinner) or your own suppliers. We coordinate access and timings.

How much does a wedding at the villa cost?

The event service is priced according to the date, the number of guests and the decor, and is added to the villa rental (nights for those who sleep on site). Give us the date: you receive a quote.

What if it rains?

The carbet is covered: the meal and the dance floor are sheltered. The ceremony can move under it. And in case of force majeure (hurricane, major weather alert), the stay is postponed free of charge.
