A villa for your seminar in Martinique, 15 minutes from Fort-de-France

iAcademy gathered its Martinique cohort at the villa in 2024. One day behind closed doors, or several: deck, wifi, large table, kitchen, and bedrooms for those who stay.

A masterclass was held here. Yours can follow.

A seminar day in a hotel meeting room ends the way it began. Here, the meeting is held under the carbet, the break is taken with your feet in the water, and lunch is served at the same table.

A one-day or multi-day seminar behind closed doors. A training session: the place has already hosted a masterclass. A board meeting with no passers-by and no neighbours. A staff party or year-end celebration, up to 50 people, with music allowed.

The questions we get asked about seminars

How many people can work at the villa?

Eight at the large indoor table, more under the covered carbet. For a staff party, up to 50 people on the property.

Is there wifi and something to present on?

Wifi covers the whole villa. A 65-inch TV sits next to the large table to display a presentation.

Can we book the villa for a single day, without accommodation?

Yes: the villa can be privatised for a day as well as for a stay. If part of the team stays the night, we block the nights too (4 bedrooms, 8 people).

How do meals work?

The fitted kitchen is yours for breaks. Chef Uriel can serve lunch or dinner under the carbet (private chef), or you bring in your own caterer.

How much does a seminar day cost?

The service is priced according to the date, the number of participants, meals and any accommodation. Invoice in the company's name, payable by bank transfer. Give us the date: you receive a quote and a running order.

How far is the airport?

Aimé-Césaire airport is 6 km from the villa; Fort-de-France is 15 minutes away. A team landing from mainland France or Guadeloupe in the morning can start working by noon.
