A deposit of 30% of the stay, paid online by card (Stripe) or by bank transfer. The booking becomes firm once it is received; we confirm it by e-mail within 24 hours.

30 days before arrival. For a booking made less than 30 days before arrival, the whole stay is paid at booking.

Each night's price is the one in our rate grid, shown in the 12-month calendar. From 7 nights, the 10% weekly discount applies automatically. Booking direct, you pay no platform commission.

3 nights. Online, a stay can run up to 31 nights; for longer, call us.

The whole villa, fully equipped, water, electricity, air conditioning, wifi and household linen. It does not include the tourist tax or optional services (events, private chef).

No. It is due per person and per night, at the rate set by the CACEM (the greater Central Martinique authority), collected on its behalf and shown separately on your invoice.

The deposit is a non-refundable down payment (arrhes under French law): it is not returned if you cancel, but nothing else is asked of you — the unpaid balance is not due. More than 60 days before arrival, and subject to availability, the sums paid can be carried over once to new dates within twelve months.

We refund everything you have paid within fourteen days and look for an equivalent solution with you. In case of force majeure — hurricane, major weather alert, administrative closure —, the stay is postponed free of charge, or refunded if no postponement is possible.

Yes, a security deposit of €2,000, by card pre-authorisation or transfer as stated in your confirmation. It is returned within fourteen days after departure, less any damage recorded and documented.

Check-in between 3 pm and 10 pm, check-out before noon. The villa is made ready between the two: two stays can follow each other on the same day.

No: making the villa ready between two stays is included, it is not charged.

Yes, household linen is included in the price.

Tell us in your request: we will let you know what is available on site. The pool is unsupervised: children remain under the permanent responsibility of the adults with them.

8 guests, in four bedrooms with double beds. The number of occupants declared at booking cannot be exceeded without our written agreement.

Yes — that is what sets us apart from rental platforms: weddings, christenings, birthdays, baby showers, seminars. Two rules: 50 people at most on the property, music at a reasonable volume. The event is declared and accepted before booking, and the event service is priced separately, on quotation.

Not indoors: the villa is non-smoking inside. Outside, on the deck, yes.

Yes, all year round. It is unsupervised. The jacuzzi, in its tower, is used according to the instructions displayed on site.

Yes: wifi throughout the villa, air-conditioned bedrooms, private parking. The kitchen is fitted, the laundry has a washer and a dryer, the 65-inch TV has Netflix, and there is a barbecue.

Three air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor, with dressing rooms and en-suite bathrooms, and the SkyRoom upstairs, the fourth bedroom: a large double bed under a ceiling painted as a starry sky. Every bedroom has a double bed.

Aimé-Césaire airport is 6 km from the villa. Fort-de-France is 15 minutes away.

The villa is in the centre of the island, in Le Lamentin: it is not on the waterfront, and that is what keeps it quiet. The southern beaches and the north of Martinique are reached by car; plan on having a car for your stay.

Le Lamentin has the main shopping areas and supermarkets of central Martinique, reachable by car from the villa.
