Weekends and short stays
You live here and you want a house to breathe for two or three nights, gather the family or celebrate something without going far: the villa is rented whole, to one group only, in Le Lamentin — fifteen minutes from Fort-de-France, and nobody but you.
A hotel gives you a room and a schedule. The villa gives you a whole house, from Friday evening to Sunday noon, and the pool to yourselves.
The fully equipped villa, water, electricity, air conditioning, wifi and household linen. End-of-stay cleaning is included. The tourist tax, due per person per night, and optional services remain.
On the platforms, having people over is grounds for cancellation. Here it's planned for: a family lunch under the carbet, a birthday by the water, a christening. Two rules, always the same.
The price of each night is the one in our rate grid, shown in the 12-month calendar: you see what is free and at what price, with no platform commission. The minimum stay is 3 nights. A 30% deposit blocks your nights; the balance is paid before arrival.

Yes, up to 50 people on the property, on top of the 8 who sleep on site. Tell us when booking: we accept it in writing, and music stays at a reasonable volume.
Yes, year-round. It is not supervised. The jacuzzi, in its tower, is used in accordance with the instructions displayed on site.
No, household linen is included, as are end-of-stay cleaning, water, electricity, air conditioning and wifi.
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, but nothing else is asked of you. More than 60 days ahead, the sums paid can be carried over once to new dates within twelve months.
Yes: Chef Uriel's private dinner is booked with the stay, menu built with you and priced separately. You can also bring your own caterer.
