A villa with a heated pool in Martinique: 4 bedrooms, 8 guests, room by room

Four air-conditioned bedrooms, two hundred square metres of ipe-wood deck, a pool heated all year and a jacuzzi built into its own tower. This is what you rent, without staging: the photos are from the professional shoot, the villa as it is handed over to you.

The villa is lived outdoors. The ipe-wood deck wraps around the pool, the covered carbet shelters the outdoor lounge and the table, and the jacuzzi tower opens onto the whole Lamentin plain.

What is there, and included in the price

The nightly rate includes the fully equipped villa, water, electricity, air conditioning, wifi and household linen. Cleaning between two stays is not charged.

They fit in a few lines, and they are part of our rental terms.

Parties and receptionsAllowed, by prior agreement: 50 people at most on the property, music at a reasonable volume. The event service is priced separately.
No smoking indoorsSmoking happens outside, on the deck.
PetsNot admitted, unless agreed in writing beforehand.
Pool and jacuzziThe pool is unsupervised: children remain under the responsibility of the adults with them. The jacuzzi is used according to the instructions displayed on site.
NeighboursThe villa stands alone at the end of its lane, in a quiet neighbourhood: life here is peaceful, and we care about our neighbours.
