This is what sets the villa apart from most on the island: the pool is heated all year round, including during the dry season, and the jacuzzi sits in its own tower above the deck, facing the Lamentin plain and the hills. Here is how it works.

Heated, reallyThe pool is kept at temperature all year round: you swim in the evening, and during the dry-season months when nights are cooler. Water, heating and upkeep are included in the nightly price.
Serviced between staysThe pool is checked and reset at every change of group, like the villa. You arrive to a pool that is ready.
The jacuzzi, in its towerA wooden staircase leads up to the slatted tower that houses the jacuzzi, open onto the plain and the hills. It is used according to the instructions displayed on site.
UnsupervisedThere is no lifeguard: children remain under the responsibility of the adults with them, in the pool as in the jacuzzi.

What is there, and included in the price

The nightly rate includes the fully equipped villa, water, electricity, air conditioning, wifi and household linen. Cleaning between two stays is not charged.

Parties and receptionsAllowed, with prior agreement: 50 people at most on the property, music at a reasonable volume, no fireworks and no firecrackers. The event package is priced separately.

PetsNot admitted, unless agreed in writing beforehand.
Pool and jacuzziThe pool is unsupervised: children remain under the responsibility of the adults with them. The jacuzzi is used according to the instructions displayed on site.

Is the pool heated even in the dry season, when nights are cooler?

Yes, twelve months a year, dry season included. It is designed for evening swims all year round.

Is there parking at the villa?

Yes, private parking on site, for four cars, at the end of the lane.

Is the villa officially rated?

Yes: a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation rated by Atout France. The rating appears in our rental terms.
