You are coming for a while: an assignment, a relocation, a project, a month of remote work in the sun, a trip back home with the whole family, or simply holidays that last. The villa is rented whole, to one group only, in Le Lamentin — the centre of the island, a quarter of an hour from the airport — with what it takes to live there, not just pass through.
After a few days, what matters is no longer the view but daily life: a real place to work, a kitchen where you cook, a laundry room, and a heated pool to end the day.

Each night's price is our own rate, shown in the 12-month calendar, with no platform commission. From 7 nights, the 10% weekly discount applies automatically to the accommodation. The calendar books up to 31 nights; beyond that, call us: we prepare a quote.

The villa is connected and has a desk corner upstairs, in the SkyRoom. If your work requires a specific bandwidth or daily video calls, tell us before booking: we will answer frankly.
Yes, on request: a cleaning visit or a linen change is priced separately, at the pace you want. The villa's laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer) is yours every day.
Yes, up to 50 people on the property for a day, on top of the 8 who sleep on site; tell us, we accept it in writing. For sleeping, the villa is limited to 8 guests.
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, but nothing else is asked of you. More than 60 days ahead, the sums paid can be carried over once to new dates within twelve months.
Four bedrooms, a large table, an enclosed garden, the heated pool: yes. The pool is unsupervised: children remain under the responsibility of adults. A cot can be provided, ask for it when booking.
